PREP will operate 3 weeks from AUGUST 7- 25, 2017. Program hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm with transportation available from central locations in Croton, Peekskill and Yorktown. The group meets and dismisses from Nor-West at the Charles Cook Park in Cortlandt Manor.
Nor-West receives respite funding through NYS OPWDD Family Support Services. Anyone with a developmental disability who lives at home with their family qualifies to receive services without paying a registration fee. Additional charges for transportation (optional) and nominal weekly venue fees for trips will apply.
PREP is designed for individuals, ages 16-24, with mild to moderate developmental disabilities, Asperger's & mild PDD
PREP provides "goal-oriented" recreation, geared for teens and young adults transitioning into the adult world.

To Enroll: Complete the PREP Registration Form and return to the Nor-West office. Priority will be given to residents in the Nor-West catchment area of Cortlandt, Ossining, Peekskill and Yorktown. Out-of-area residents will be accepted, if space is available, after the deadline.
Transportation is available from central stops in our catchment area (Cortlandt, Ossining, Peekskill & Yorktown). We reserve the right to eliminate a stop if there is a single rider. Transportation must be paid in full and submitted with your registration form. Door-to-door transportation may be available for special circumstances at an additional fee. Please contact the Nor-West office for further assistance.
